Well still NOTHING from Tony Cataldo about status of Matech MTCH.PK. Yes he is now 100 days late in filing 10K, and not a single word from Tony.
Guess he has been too busy filming his reality show "Danske Hollywoodfruer" and "explaining" his stint as a Chicago guitar player, proposing to lingerie mooel Ines Romewro, taking Ines out on the town, and explaining to Danish media that Ines was not a Bo-Tox queen to be able to actually tell stockholders about status of MTCH.PK
Interestingly though about a month and a half after COO Marybeth Miceli left, Matech put out a press release saying that Marybeth had left and started her own consulting firm.
yep this is looking like a repeat of VOIC where just like MTCH Tony filed a 10KNT and then "disappeared" never to be heard from again at VOIC. This occurred 2 years ago in 2008.
It also appears that Tony has done exactly the same thing this year not only here at MTCH.PK but also at Green Street Energy GSTY.PK where Tony the cpompany CEO/Chairman has also failed to make the 10K filing and has not been heard from there either.
Yep Tony "all hat and no cattle" Cataldo strikes again.
