This post wins my BS post of the week award.

Nope the SEC is complicit in fraud , I was involved and contacted by the SEC regarding a pinksheet stock in 2000 , initiated a lawsuit and discovered it was a front company to raise cash for the CIA , needless to say every judge and newspaper buried this and they made off with over 2.4 billion dollars , imagine that.
No the pinksheets is the playground for the hedgefunds , banks and politicians as its a cash cow and they control the lack of news.
