Those 20% gains are on the median and lower priced homes. When you start moving up into the 400's and up... the 20% is not happening. I listed my home 17 days ago and had about 7 showings. Got 4 offer's, one lowball.. one wacko.. one no wanna pay the price and one full price all cash deal.. which do you think I am taking...
