We had more than 60 second delays all day. Not sure the origin of those. I had no doubt that this wasn't going to close below 3. I am surprised the MM's didn't let it run to the high 3's or 4 even. But, that last minute dash to dump by the daytraders foiled their plan that materialized 15 minutes before close.
