Apple Repair Board - My MacGuys

Hey. I was directed here for Mac help with Zoho, but I see that it's a repair board. If none of you folks can help, maybe you can point me to a board, or other source, that can.

My first hope is to provide a link to one of the documents in my Zoho Docs list in a message board post. It sounds simple, everybody does it, yet I can't figure it out. I need the kiddy version, please.

My second wild and crazy dream is to copy the contents of a web page into my Zoho Docs.....like someone else did with this:http://viewer.zoho.com/docs/qOidC ...so that I can do my first hope with it.

I have a suspicion that there is very little difference in handling these issues with Mac vs Windows, but I came here just in case.
