OT kipp, There was an article in Sundays Orlando paper telling of how houses that sold for $150K in Key West a few years ago are going for over $1 mil today. The Orlando market has been hot too. Nothing like Key West price wise, but they are being sold usually within a week of being listed. A neighbor just put his house up for sale yesterday. I would bet that it is sold by next Sunday.
