I dont watch the outstanding shares, I watch the charts, and the technical indicators. And this stock is in a new uptrend. Higher lows, and higher highs. Outstanding shares means nothing to me.
My only concern regarding fundamentals on a penny stock company, is that R/S you keep speaking about, and its NEVER going to happen here with this company.
