RS thanks for your question but there is nothing more to report than what has already been said before. We are still moving forward with our audits, and it hasn't been 3 years like some others on this board would like to believe. There is nothing that I know that will prevent us from finishing the audits soon and we can post them right soon after.

As it relates to our business plan and objectives we are still moving forward with our B-B strategy with several potential partners.

I hope this helps you but as you know I can't divulge any specifics as I am under NDA by most of our partners a well as it would be a violation of the securities act until it is public knowledge.
