i believe one of the recent filings stated that LJC was not finished and that dnap intended to fully use the $8 mill LJC commitment. If memory serves me, it was originally a 20 month commitment which would run till about August or September of 2005.

And i think ljc had ponied up approx. $3 mill thru sept '04.
