Well, usually companies want a seamless transfer or seamless upgrade when going from old to new. What I get is this error message:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open user default database. Login failed.
/includes/dbconn.asp, line 4
This means the database server is not accepting or recognizing their script's login info or their account isn't properly mapped to a database account. Many web designers are not programmers or system administrators. If they no longer have someone who knows programming (for script-related problems) or a good SA (for server-related problems), they can literally spend days, weeks, or longer trying to get it working.
