I just saw a commercial on Tennis Channel for americanbluetip.com. They have a smokeless e-cig. Does that mean it's legal to sell e-cigs in the U.S. now? That's actually the first e-cig commercial I've ever seen on t.v. so must not that mean the FDA has dropped it's ban? Why else would they advertise it on U.S. television? I don't see anybody putting a marijuana commercial on.
