Does anybody know if the FDA lifted the ban on e-cigs? I just saw a commercial on Tennis Channel for americanbluetip.com where they were advertising a smokeless e-cig almost identical to SFIO's REAL. They wouldn't advertise on U.S. television if they were illegal would they?
