If the gold/copper values are there, the share values will follow. Plain economics; someone has gold/copper and someone else wants to mine it. Supply and demand eventually goes into equalibrium. Shorty tried to upset the pricing mechanism but once a firm buyer goes to the table the pricing mechanism goes back into equalibrium. Ouch! There may still be time to cover a portion of the short interest at these basement levels.
