wenn hrct sich nicht mehr an die regeln hält, sind sie in zukunft in den pink sheets.
die notwendigen filings haben sie zuletzt immer in zeitlich höchster not auf die beine gestellt. mehr aber auch nicht.
damit haben sie aber die regel der otc eingehalten.
was wirklich im hintergrund passiert wissen wir nicht.
