So if the TPS lawsuit only involves plaintiffs who own $1 Billion of the $4 billion total, who owns the other $3 billion and why aren't they fighting for it? No need because they are riding on the coattails of these plaintiffs? Because they are a hidden asset of the holding company i.e. the securities were owned by the holding company? Because JPM /or Bear Sterns owned them previous to the seizure? Because JPM bought them after the seizure for squat? Because some other conflicted party owns them? Seems these securities could never have been governed by the 4.5% ceiling order.
