I understand they had sales - so I assume also they made contracts with customers,so they should have got advance payments(cash inflow), and when the systems installed, they get the rest of the money.

I guess important is that a steady increasing cash inflow comes in to beable to pay running costs or a part of them,
As soon as the sales pipe gets true also the money flow stabilizes and they can start thinking reduce the debt also step by step.

It is like for 99,9% of the small Bio's also - they only get money from investors when raising capital - at Positron we have "lots of FDA-cleared" products which start to generate revenues NOW as it seems smile.
