Talked to Ares today. Conversation was about why ACT was still sending info to the SEC. He stated that they were still providing the SEC with "more than requested info to clear up the matter. I asked if there was an on going investigation since they were still sending info and his reply was " there is no investigation just providing them with all the info they will ever need. We talked about the Cali sludge contracts, the Texas oil well contracts and about a possible re-listing to pinks (getting off the greys) and a possible merger with BOCL or BCLE. He stated that they needed to clean up this matter before they made a move because they did not want to bring any obstacles into any new company if they decide to merge. He was sharp and seemed ready for my questions. I still am long with ACT,,over 500k shares and would be crazy to let the last 10% off my investment go. He feels good about the fact ACT will be back to trading in the .04 to .06 range in a few months. I asked about Gulf possibilities aqnd he assured me that Ancon was on top of this matter and there was still a possibility ACT could get some work,
