I'm typing on a cell phone so I'll keep it short.

The assumption I have that they are going to sell the land once They find the copper is based on 2 things:
1. The company discription says it's an exploration stage company
2. They do not have the assets, capital, or long term backing to actually do the mining

It's a good thing for us. IMO
