Because the MM's and hedges of the world are dropping the bid slowly as they did in the past so they can accumulate more shares on the cheap. The rev numbers are going to be good sometime in July so they are accumulating on the cheap. If the numbers were gonna be bad the pps would increase so they can sell into the news (short) if it were gonna dive with bad numbers. It's always backward from what you would think is gonna happen.
