Think about this... If we had this choice..What would be better for the stock price? A PR before the oil is leak is stopped or after when all the oil spill news will be about the "Cleanup" and the clean up frenzies starts ?... Just a thought... Also EVXA's Technology will be more in demand "after" the leak is maintained since the commitment to advance the cleanup is on the back burner till the leak is stopped ... All IMO
