on top of all of that .. unless they get an extension or renew the insurance .. the plant will most likely have to be closed

they also must carry WORKERS’ COMPENSATION insurance ..

no one left to bare the responsibility - an employee would be crazy to enter the faculty without company insurance and the effect of a fire or other dangers to other properties surrounding the plant are at risk .. can't see how they will be able to stay open ..
