No, I think it's a "Russian mentality" thing.

They never think that the plain truth might serve them better.

They read THIS board, and see the need to change what they said.

BTW, there was no PR today, even though a 90% reduction and another month delay for the supposed dividend is now their message.

Seems important to me.........
