springroll is absolutely correct. You failed to qualify for the $8K or $6.5K credit as of 11:59 PM in your time zone if your property was not under written CONTRACT by April 30, 2010. Even after meeting THAT qualification and all the others, until recently, you could still fail to qualify to receive your credit if your contracted property failed to go to satisfactory closing by June 30, 2010. It is the CLOSING date that was extended, NOT the qualification for the $8K/6.5K credit which has [b]long passed. Therefore making the entire thing from a perspective of consumers being able to buy EXPH cabinetry with their HB credit completely irrelevant...as spring pointed out. All IMHO.
