It's only waiting on Basu to allow it to move forward. The ball is totally in her court IMO.

Once the attorney is authorized, it only takes as long to submit as it takes for the lawyer to read the finanicals and write a letter. OTC only spends about 2-3 days on their end once they get the letter, which is the only thing they're waiting on. This part of the process is really nothing more than a glorified notarization of sorts.

I believe the only thing we're waiting on is Basu to get the investor capital she told us about and finish her buyback. Once that happens (we'll know when we see hundreds of million in volume, possibly t-trades, over a couple days), she can push the button, release some news, and let the PPS fly.
