NTV Weekly Selects TCOM's SEO4Mobile for Published TV Program Schedule of 76 Channels in China Over Mobile Phone

HONG KONG, Jan. 24 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Telecom Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCOM) the Total Solutions Provider, is offering Integrated Communications Network Solutions and Internet Content Service in universal voice, video, data web and mobile communication for interactive media applications. The Company announced today that NTV Weekly has licensed Alpha Century Holdings Limited (Alpha)'s patent product line: SEO4Mobile (http://www.seo4mobile.com) for publishing NTV Weekly's television program schedule over mobile phone.

NTV Weekly, a publisher of Cable-Net Televisions Alliance (CNTA), supplies details of TV program schedule and brief content for more than 76 channels of television through major cities in China.

CNTA has purchased Alpha's AdMaxB2Search (http://www.seo4mobile.net), the advertiser maximum bid listing system and advertiser work platform of SEO4Mobile. Under the terms of the contract, Alpha will provide the AdMaxB2Search platform to CNTA delivered and working on or before the first week of March 2005. Advertisers who use this service will be given access to SEO4Mobile service providers and its users through search engine optimizers. This services approximately 1500 advertisers of CNTA. The contract is valued at approximately $0.48 million. Telecom projects to receive a license fee and a fixed revenue of $40,000 monthly over 12 months plus value-add service on revenue sharing model.
