Hippo after last week I went back and read the PR's all over again to see what I missed and there it was this quote

"To minimize dilution and maximize shareholder value, Management is currently seeking permanent debt financing to fund the announced acquisitions while continuing to pursue three additional targets in the near term."

So what I think is going on they didn't get the financing or at lease not all of it to fund the additional acquisitions. IMO
