Aurus Corp. Explanation for Delay of Dividend

Aurus Corporation Management wishes to extend our deepest apologies for the delay of the much anticipated cash dividend to our shareholders. Our system of transfer to foreign (USA) shareholders through transfer agent has been faced with much difficulty. Through a miscommunication issue we correct the dividend payment structure to original structure. Based on the profit earnings for 2009 , Dividend disbursement is as follows; Dividends will be paid based on 10 % of 2009 profit earnings (approx. $300,000) divided by shares to $.0008 per share . To complete the transfer structure we must extend the distribution period to August 10, 2010. We apologize for all inconvenience and misunderstandings but, we must follow a safe protocol to establish the transfer of dividends to our shareholders.
