That is a bit incorrect. It has been noted and discussed since the first S-1 in Jan. that ALL insiders are preparing to sell. Pay careful attention to this(from S-1) as well, it seems to contradict other info being presented.
"It is possible that a selling stockholder will attempt to sell shares of common stock in block transactions to market makers or other purchasers at a price per share which may be below the then market price."
