WOW....what sensitive toes in the FDA did NEPH trip over for them to deserve that kind of treatment, after 15 months of no decision, no AI, no communication? In my view, the FDA should be mandated to render SE or AI within 3 months of application. If they cannot do this, then a NSE should be official by default. That way, a company knows it status and how to move forward.

Good luck to all IMGG shareholders. Today is the last day that the FDA can claim a 90 day approval for IMGG's 510(k). After today, assuming no decision (I hope I'm wrong), I3 falls into the same black hole that NEPH was in for 12 months.
