What are the chances for testing Torvec's inventions...

in RIT's new venture into this $4.4 million government funded project?

"The NYSERDA grant has a very specific focus, it's not just the testing and research that has traditionally been Intertek's focus, it actually ties back to the research that goes on in colleges and it also has a piece that works on workforce development," said Kramak.

It further solidifies Upstate New York as a leader in developing wind power.

Intertek will be partnering with Clarkson University, RIT, SUNY Binghamton, Alfred, and Canton. Their testing site in Otisco should be up and running soon.

It seems to me that many of Torvec's inventions would be applicable to the success of this project.
