well said....my impression ....

the co. should prepare themselves for events and a shelf registration does just that....if the opportunity presents itself mgmt can react immediately...the mgmt bashers should recognize that part of the future is preparation and this filing has given erhe another tool should the job require it's use.

also, my assumption is they know a lot more than we do just now...
