News for 'ELCR' - (ECC signs contract with Don Brown Bus Sales)
Jul 08, 2010 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Electric Car Company, or ECC, a
vehicle conversion company, has signed a $0.75 million, 12 month contract with
Don Brown Bus Sales, the exclusive dealer of Federal Coach Buses in northeastern
US, to convert 25 Federal Coach bus chassis into Imperial Coach limobuses.
ECC will facilitate the conversions of the buses through its wholly owned
subsidiary, Imperial Coach Works, and its custom manufacturing division,
Imperial Coach Builders. It plans to deliver the first two buses by mid-August,
2010.
Imperial will equip these buses with a full, color wash ceiling, as well as
fiber-optic and light-emitting diode mood lighting. The buses will also include
electronic entertainment systems.
Tom Fielding, vice president of sales and marketing for Imperial Coach Builders,
said: "We are very excited about working with Mr Thurber and his team at Don
Brown Bus Sales. We look forward to a long standing and fruitful relationship
for both our companies."
