Management released news at 12:59pm revealing that they have another reverse merger candidate possibility within their sights. This news release came after this Bird Gang announcement via our twitter page:

“Significant internal changes are under way with NWTT. Be on the lookout for uplisting, reporting, and changes to the web site soon.”
