Looks like the report you saw on tv has brought in some buyers and juiced up the stock the last couple of days. As to your questions, I'm not sure how many shares are outstanding, but judging from the trading it has to be a low number. I got interested in the stock last year when the otc journal started covering the co when s/p was about 0.40. The journal gave a thorough analysis of idwaf at that time. you can probably find this report on their web site. For some reason, they stopped covering idwaf a short time later. There has been no dilution of the stock since I have been following the co. News from the co has dried up the last several months, and as a result share price has steadily drifted down. There has been no finicial news good or bad that I have seen. hope this helps a little, lp
