i think is because someone found out that there is an enormous amout of gold that was unknown until these lode claims in april 2010 were done remember the deal was sold before as placer claims now were talkin lode baby !!!!!! thats the delay ......thats why i say that u r gettin .095 a delaywell worth your wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
