What makes you think dilution hasn't taken place as of late? I would bet it has, and the additional shares have probably made this stock the more liquid. Take GOIG as an example. As it rallied, as someone wrote "100x", did the company issue additional shares? The answer is 'yes'. The similarity between the two, and the catalyst in this market, has been the 'buying' volume. New traders are finding UWRL, for whatever reason (let it be technical, news, fundamentals, etc.), and driving the share price higher. As a result, a higher 'supporting' base forms. And that is the name of the game.
