I expect dean has private investors already who have made offers to come in as a partner with him for the mineseeker deal as a last resort. Dean wants to get it done with his funding so he can keep the entire pie and not have to split it with a partner. Guess what? Either way, the investor in QASP wins. Whether we retain 51% in mineseeker or 25% with an investor(for example), we will have a hell of a run with a 900 million dollar contract is announced.

Not a lot of common sense used among penny investors.
