my response, they have to have placed these shares at a much higher price which is already in place. they know exactly where they are going and for what price. they need to let us know, dont they. since they obviously cant do this on the market. some kind of deal is getting ready to happen. someone coming in at a higher price . no one would come in at this price without further news to know they have an increase in price coming. nsai?
