Yeah, I sure don't have any idea what makes the market do what it does. I have no idea one day to the next what is going to happen. Sometimes I feel like taking my cash and buying foreclosed properties and waiting out the real estate market. It will come back someday and, in the mean time, at least it's a hard asset which was purchased cheap.
