I sent the following email yesterday to Peregrine. I bet they saw more than a few just like it:


I know Peregrine management does not often talk about its share price, but I believe it has a fiduciary duty to its shareholders to issue a statement regarding the current collapse of the share price. Apparently, many investors believe that something very bad has or is happening to Peregrine. If this is true and the information has not been shared, then insider trading rules may have been violated. If it is not true, I believe management is duty bound to inform its shareholders that they are unaware of any such negative news.

At the current rate of share price collapse, there may be no one listening to the next conference call.
