Rgarding the distribution, I think you can actually buy this as late as the 15th and sell it on the 17th and still be eligible for the BVIG shares when they are distributed whether they show up 30 days later or 60 days later. They of course will be restricted for 6 months but I do not believe anything would keep a person from selling on the 17th. I might be wrong sea

Overriding this schedule could be something outside company control FINRA setting a exdate . It would certainly have to be posted before the 16th though..and I think its not going to happen.
