If I read it correctly, it say St. George Investments was issued over 720 million shares (720,257,447).
If they lent what was it, $12 million, that would mean to get their money out they'd have to wait to liquidate for the share price to reach at least 0.0167 per share ... if my numbers are correct ... and if any of this information is correct.
Can anyone confirm and give their interpretation on this?
