Well they still have 8 active job openings, 3 of which are in the areas of virology/immunology/molecular biology.

Except for the share price, this company is exhibiting several signs of being healthy.

Since nobody seems to have any explanations for the price drop except what comes out of their drawers, and there is no apparent bad news, I will agree with your optimistic view.

There can be many explanations for the price drop - it's a beastly market and stocks like PPHM are the first to go on margin calls, and then everyone heads for the hills.

Only a guess, like just about everything else posted here, but I think a buy would be in order if one had some cash lying around...
