Some 40 percent (or more) of the stock was bought up by a couple of large private investor groups last fall. The price was between .60 and .90 then and they are now represented on the EC. THIS is the power behind the EC push for a better deal - Not the lucky few who came in at .05 or .10 or who have free shares distributed by the company. I think these investor groups are well proven to know what they are doing in prior turn-around investments. So I have some level of confidence the EC will produce a POR that holds a reasonable shareholder value while satisfying creditors. Note - members of the EC are unable to sell while a part of it. POST BK - this company should do very well for shareholders IMHO.
