I know that the MM's have people who they employ to vist sites such as these where they hold millions of shares. Thier job is to panic inexperienced shareholders in to a panic sell at much lower prices, but if you look at ICBT who is buying all the shares? The MM's when they have exhausted the sellers, the stock suddenly trades and moves up. They bring in new buyers who support the stock and they sell.

It has been played over and over again with ICBT. Tipical of the Pinks.
