I apreciate the optimism here but I just can't see any update in our near (3 months or so) future. This company has shown us it's willingness to be transparent (not). Why would they put this on us if something was going to be settled in the near future? Wouldn't they rather wait a little longer and spin it to seen like good news and show they had there ducks in a row? This was the best that they could come up with. Will they eventually do something? Most likely but anytime soon?? I just don't see it happening.
