So, it's normal to have NO Balance Sheet for a company? No not normal, but very much possible. They are not breaking laws/rules!

Please give us proof. I know it and it are not 'numerous' shells involved at all

If you mean the constant bashing by old shareholder who are frustrated then yes.


It's normal there are no shareholder meetings to vote on company's going ons? Yes (!?) that is where the managment is for. This is normal for every public company.


IMHO, they launder money (I guess that is normal). If you look-up money laundering this company meets ever criteria.
