river... I thought the same thing. I appreciate the hard work and effort put forth...good job. Too bad they weren't looking for more 504 investors.

laymans terms....in my opinion, The 504 investor is selling shares. and alot of them. They got approx 1.2Billion shares at a discount cost of ~0.00025 = $300k to Lecere.

There's an annual cap of $1Million $ for 504's in any 12month period and this last $300k 504 makes the 504's total almost exactly $1Million since last July 16th 2009.

The HUGE Volume spike on June 24th was due to this 504 selling a HUGE chunk of their shares. plain and simple. If I were a 504 investor and just bought 1.2Billion shares at 0.00025 and the current pps was at 0.0007 (June 24th high), you bet your arse I would sell as many as I could.

the following days PPS and volume is both Longs selling out and probably more of the 1.2Billion shares still being sold in smaller increments.

Also, Jim has mentioned the 504 investor isn't selling because they see the true value in Lecere. I agree.....I see the value as well....but that's Long term. Smart money would bet the 504 is selling ALL of their Shares and reaping the immediate 100% or higher return and then they will buy back TONS of shares with some of the profits in the open market once this puppy bottoms out, and then sell hold on to those for the long term or whenever. This makes their risk of loss absolutely ZERO!!! ZERO RISK AND MILLIONS OF $$$$ easy money.

That's what I would do if I were the 504 investor.
