Maybe SYNJ found a better way to finance their projects! This is from January's PR;

When the CEO, Brian Sorrentino was asked to comment on the financing he stated, "As mentioned in earlier news releases, the Company will continue to pursue multiple sources of financing however, we are extremely excited about this particular arrangement. (the HSBC Bank loan) The Madrid finance group is already considering finance packages (different financing) for additional projects in our Energy City agenda, specifically the Palmetto Gas Pipe Line. They are reasonable in cost, faster and more predictable then the government, extremely well capitalized and motivated to grab - with us - a piece of South Carolina and the renewable energy revolution. I can't ask for a better partner. In the Kingstree S.C. Bio-diesel manufacturing facility, we have staked our claim in the State of South Carolina and the frontier of global renewable energy. It's my strategy to dig in, plant our flag and hang on. In my opinion, with this crew and a couple of smart moves, over the next 10 years, the natural growth of the industry will carry us into a rich and profitable future," said Brian Sorrentino, the CEO of Syndication Inc. News Pending.

IMO, they'll get the right financing, because Mac has the projects lined up! SYNJ was already looking at additional ways to finance the Energy City projects!
From today's PR;

Mr. Marshall Jr. started with the Company under the terms of his original employment agreement executed on May 19th, 2009 and has been the point man on the development of our bio-diesel manufacturing facility in South Carolina for SRE S.C. His office has been principally responsible for the overall development activities, time lines, strategies and key contract negotiations for SRE S.C.

Put it all together people, BIG THINGS ARE ABOUT TO HAPPEN! Mac renegotiating his contract means the projects are about to become a reality! He knows it, Brian knows it and the board knows it! Why do you think the board authorized Brian to consider the terms of Mr. Marshall's proposal in an effort to craft a final employment arrangement.

All IMO, but it looks that way from the PRs. I hope we get more (clear) information soon!
