An 8K was released on the 30th explaining a change in directors. This was the first filing in 2 years. I have a feeling this will be marketed as a shell to another entity. Check the stickies, more info on that there.

The SS is very favorable and has been confirmed with the TA. More importantly the float is tiny. Good news could mean huge gains.
